Zenator unaffected by CrowdStrike outage

On Friday 19 July 2024 the world awoke to a global IT outage. This was a significant IT incident resulting in a global outage affecting numerous users, but not Zenator customers. The issue was not due to a cyberattack but rather an internal technical fault. This disruption caused widespread service interruptions for companies relying on CrowdStrike's cybersecurity solutions. CrowdStrike has since been addressing the problem and working to restore normal operations for all affected clients. The incident highlights the critical nature of reliable IT infrastructure for cybersecurity providers and the widespread impact when such services go down.
