Falcon Global is headquartered in Norwich, United Kingdom. Following 12 years based in Houston, Texas, the company’s founder and Managing Director, Alan Mills, relocated back to the UK in mid-2022 to lead the growth and commercialisation of the next generation of Zenator products.
Falcon Global operates worldwide (excluding the Americas), delivering expertise in Project Delivery, Systems Completion, Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU), Operations Readiness Assurance (ORA), and digital completions. Our affiliated company, Global Falcon Americas Inc, supports customers across North, Central and South America.

The team in Northern Ireland have built an exceptional capability in Project Delivery technologies, having designed, developed and continuously improved the full suite of Zenator Systems software products. Over an 11-year period they produced more than 30 major upgrades, consistently enhancing performance, usability and digital assurance for our global customers.
Today, the team is focused on the next generation of Zenator — including Z4, Zenator Mobile (ZM), Z5 and ZMOPS — delivering leading-edge solutions that harness mobile technology, constraint management and real-time data flows. Their work is enabling new, more efficient ways of working across Systems Completion, CSU and Operations Readiness, driving greater productivity and stronger project outcomes for our customers.
