- Z4 (Zenator V4) is the engine room — the equivalent of Amazon’s internal logistics system. It uses the Work Authorization Matrix (WAM) and iterative Work Packaging to manage the dynamic flow of work across tens of thousands of Tagged Items, Systems and Sub-Systems. It automatically reassigns tasks to the right Squads, manages constraints in real-time, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks — all with full traceability and audit readiness.
- ZM (Zenator Mobile) is the field tool — like the mobile app used by Amazon’s warehouse and delivery teams. It enables field-based users (engineers, inspectors, technicians) to complete the field-based activities such as Checksheets, raise and clear Punch List Items, sign off work, and synchronise progress. ZM works offline, in English, Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese, and is tailored for use in demanding project environments.
