Commissioning Readiness, aka Cold Eyes Review
At Falcon Global Ltd, we provide expert support for Cold Eyes Reviews — independent, on-site audits conducted in the lead-up period to (sometimes during) the crucial Systems Completion and Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU) phases. These reviews, often referred to as CSU Readiness Reviews, serve as an objective evaluation of a project’s preparedness for safe, efficient Commissioning, Start-Up, leading to Performance Testing and Final Handover.
Drawing on over 35 years of experience, including participation in multiple major reviews, we assess key project systems, documentation, procedures, and team readiness, identifying gaps and risks that could impact performance, safety, or schedule.
Our Cold Eyes Reviews go beyond the identification of issues — we work closely with client teams to implement practical, high-impact recommendations that drive measurable improvements and ultimately, project success. From structural reorganization, to optimizing Punch List Management and Work Packaging to ensuring alignment of the CSU execution plan with Operations Readiness, we have the tools, technology, track record and experience to help clients bridge the gap between Construction completion and safe operations. Our goal is simple: to deliver project success through readiness, assurance, and performance you can trust.
